Our editorial goal
ProductivityCalculator.pro publishes calculators and supporting articles about productivity, work time, labor, and therapy-related calculations. Our goal is to provide a clear calculation based on the information you enter, explain how the result was reached, and provide enough context to help you decide whether the method applies to your situation.
We aim to make pages practical and easy to use without hiding important formulas, assumptions, definitions, or limitations behind the result.
How content gets made
Calculator pages and supporting articles are developed around the specific question the page is intended to answer. The process may vary by topic, but our general approach is:
Sourcing & citations
When a page discusses a published standard, regulation, billing rule, or other externally defined requirement, we aim to use authoritative primary sources where they are available. Depending on the topic, these may include government agencies, official program documentation, professional organizations, or other first-party publications.
We prefer linking to the original source rather than relying only on a third-party summary. If a figure is an example, estimate, benchmark, or rule of thumb rather than an official requirement, we aim to describe it accordingly instead of presenting it as a universal standard.
We do not intentionally cite sources we have not reviewed or use a citation to imply that a source supports a claim it does not make.
Calculator formulas & methodology
Each calculator is designed around a defined mathematical relationship or calculation method. Where appropriate, the calculator page explains the formula, the meaning of its inputs, and assumptions that affect the output.

When a meaningful change is made to information that can change over time, the page may show a revised “last reviewed” or “last updated” date. Minor formatting, spelling, or technical changes may not result in a new review date.
